It's a festival within an art market that thinks it's a festival.
Greetings stop-motion film makers!
You are invited to apply for entry into the
2019 Proutopia International Stop Motion Film Festival.
Proutopia is a festival art market located in Manitoba, Canada. Two weekends each year, artists and art lovers come together to sell, celebrate and create art. Part of our featured programming takes place in our on-site gallery, and this year we are highlighting stop motion film making.
Stop motion is an animation technique that brings static objects to life frame by frame. For beginners, use your phone or tablet with this free app.
